1 Cup Soy Yoghurt (any yoghurt of choice)
8 Strawberries, thinly sliced
5 Pitted Dates, thinly sliced
1 TS Flaxseeds
1 TS Chia seeds
P.S. You can add some honey too, but dates are sweet enough for me 🙂
- Put your yoghurt in a cup or a bowl, add some chia seeds and flaxseeds. You can keep in a fridge for an hour or so, but you don’t have to (tastes good too).
- Top with some sliced strawberries and sliced dates.
